April Community Partner Spotlight
Corners Outreach mission is to equip Metro Atlanta’s underserved students of color and their families to lead full lives through educational development and economic opportunities. Their vision is to have one community where every person thrives no matter their color, status or background and this is done through their amazing programs such as Corners Academy, Workforce Development, Corner Industries, and Family Engagement. In the last three years, Corners Outreach paid over $3,000,000 in living wages and they advocate overcoming systemic injustices on behalf of every minority family and individual. Live Healthy Gwinnett is proud to work with Corners Outreach by providing nutritional educational programming and physical activity for their youth during their afterschool programs.
